Hello Lovelies,

This will be a link into the musings of my brain, which generally includes a language of lyrics.

I’m not sure what this will become, but I can tell you whatever this is, it is my perspective, journey, and my path to continue to show up bravely and share my light with the world. This type of sharing in the past brought up a lot of fears of worthiness, and I’m moving past that story, and courageously choosing me and honoring my calling.

My intention is for this to be a place of connection and inspiration to share my voice with the people who need and want to receive it. I come to you with an open heart and a vulnerability to share it.

Much of my healing comes in the form of stepping into my power and being witnessed by others.

I believe one of the most powerful forms of healing comes in the form of community where we can hold a mirror up to each other to truly see who we are. To get to that point, one must be brave enough to look in the mirror.

This is one of my forms of mirror gazing I hope to share with you. I’m here to cheer you on too as you walk your path in this life. Doing tasks with a friend is always much easier.

Did I mention I will talk a lot about healing here? My healing, generational healing, universal healing, and oh ya, the fact that doing healing work is extremely hard and a process that takes time and commitment.

I am teaching myself how to feel the feels in a world and society that urges us to do the exact opposite.

You’ll get a heavy dose of inspiration, dogs, plants, garden and food growing, lessons learned from community, and an insight to the music speaking to me, which is a lot, and most likely going to include some Roots Rock Reggae.

I’m stoked to share what I’m being called to with you. Thank you for witnessing me.
