With Spring comes the sowing of news seeds in the garden. Each year, I must decide what new seeds to plant. While my heart remembers the beauty of yesteryear’s garden, my eyes must see and concentrate on the vision of presence and planning.
What seeds am I starting a new?
Which seeds are grandchildren and beyond of last year’s plants?
What will I plant deep in the earth?
All of these questions and more float in my head as I step forward to a new year, a new season of beauty, trials, errors and successes waiting to unfold.
Every ending inspires a new beginning, and I have the courage, choice and knowledge to choose exactly how I will grow my garden. This is my reason for picking this theme.
